Obtaining TopTools Installation Software

Extracting the Installation Software

If the extraction paths do not exist, the extraction program is able to

create them.

If the extraction paths already contain files, these files will be

overwritten.

Having downloaded the software, you need to run the executable to

extract the TopTools installation software.

To do that, proceed as follows:

1 From the temporary directory (where you downloaded the

installation software), double-click the executable. The license

agreement is displayed.

2 Read each page of the agreement. (Press the ENTER key to move to

successive pages).

3 When prompted to do so, type Accept and press enter to accept the

agreement.

4 With Extract to hard disk displayed, press the ENTER key.

5 Enter the full path for extraction of the software, and then press the

ENTER key. The default extraction paths are something like:

C:\dmi\win95\nnnnn (nnnnn = TopTools version).

6 The extraction program copies an executable and some

documentation files into the directory you specified.
