Abnormal noise is heard from the fixing assembly.
<Possible
Causes>
1 . The fixing roller gear is not mounted correctly.
Action: If chipping is discovered on the fixing roller gear or the drive gear, replace the drive
gear or fixing assembly.
2 . The fixing assembly is faulty.
Action: Replace the fixing assembly.
