The FIF of CSI, CIG, and TSI communicates the other party of its own
telephone number. Up to 20 digits including numerals and spaces can be
entered in this FIF. 20 digits are entered to FIF as international telephone
numbers are considered to have 20 digits.
One digit comprises one byte.
