i Selecting the Drive ModeN
Single and continuous drive modes are provided. In the <1> (Full
Auto) mode, single shooting is set automatically.
u : Single shooting
When you press the shutter button completely, one shot will be
taken.
o: High-speed continuous shooting (Max. 8 shots per sec.)
i : Low-speed continuous shooting (Max. 3 shots per sec.)
While you hold down the shutter button completely, shots will be
taken continuously.
Q : 10-sec. self-timer/Remote control
k: 2-sec. self-timer/Remote control
For self-timer shooting, see the next page. For remote control
shooting, see page 114.
When the battery level is low, the continuous shooting speed will be
slightly slower.
In the AI Servo AF mode, the continuous shooting speed may become
slightly slower depending on the subject and the lens used.
In low-light areas or indoors, the continuous shooting speed may
become slower even if a fast shutter speed is set.

Press the <o> button.

Select the drive mode.
While looking at the LCD panel, turn
the <5> dial.
