There's no question about the inherent drama of sports – the
dynamism of the players, their concentrated expressions, and
the atmosphere of heated struggle. A telephoto zoom lens like
the FD 100–300mm f/5.6, combined with a shutter speed of
1/500 or 1/1000 sec., allows you to photograph these turbulent
