account is based on the Google account set on your
device.

Adding New Friends
You can add only people who have a Google account.

On the friends list screen, press

2. Enter the Google Talk ID or the Gmail address of
the person you want to add.

Tap Send invitation .
Viewing Your Invitations
On the friends list screen, press
. The pending invitations screen lists all chat

invitations that you have sent.
Note:
When a person accepts your invitation, that invitation
disappears from the list.
