The SERIAL query will return only one option parameter at a time. If no
option is specified, an error code will be returned.
Query Response: SERIAL -b (baud) --min 0 -- max 3
SERIAL -p (parity/etc) --min 0 -max 4
SERIAL -h (handshaking) --min 0 -max 1
Description: Query only command for the temperature of the unit.
