Click.the.No.radio.button.to.disable.it.
Name: If.enabling.CHAP,.enter.the.CHAP.username.in.the.field.
Password:
If.enabling.CHAP,.enter.the.CHAP.password.in.the.field.
Click.Apply.to.save.the.settings.
