Warranty and Software License
as "Restricted computer software" as defined in FAR 52.227-19 (Jun 1987)(or any
equivalent agency regulation or contract clause), whichever is applicable. You
have only those rights provided for such Software and any accompanying
documentation by the applicable FAR or DFARS clause or the HP standard
software agreement for the product involved.
Governing Law. These License Terms shall be governed by and construed in
accordance with the laws of the State of California, U.S.A., excluding its choice of
law provisions.
Severability. If any of the above provisions are held to be in violation of
applicable law, void, or unenforceable in any jurisdiction, then such provisions are
herewith waived to the extent necessary for the License Terms to be otherwise
enforceable in such jurisdiction. However, if in HP's opinion deletion of any
provisions of the License Terms by operation of this paragraph unreasonably
compromises the rights or liabilities of HP or its licensors, HP reserves the right to
terminate the License Terms and refund the fee paid by You as Your sole and
exclusive remedy.
Integration. These License Terms form the entire agreement between You and
HP relating to the Software and: (i) supersede all prior or contemporaneous oral or
written communications, proposals, and representations with respect to its subject
matter; and (ii) prevail over any conflicting or additional terms of any quote, order,
acknowledgement, or similar communication between the parties. No
modification to these License Terms will be binding, unless in writing and signed
by a duly authorized representative of each party.

Non-Nuclear Usage

HP Web Cache Server Appliances are not specifically designed, manufactured, or
intended for sale as parts, components, or assemblies for the planning,
construction, maintenance, or direct operation of a nuclear facility. Customer is
solely liable if Products or Support purchased by Customer are used for these
applications. Customer releases HP and will hold HP harmless from all loss,
damage, expense, or liability in connection with such use.
