The following virtual key names can be used when running the
Wyse terminal emulations in addition to all the VK_ virtual key
names listed in the section "Standard Virtual Key Names" on
page 292.
The shifted function of the following keys can be specified using the
virtual keyname with WY_S_ instead of just WY_.
