If the p700 is not connected to a phone, it will automatically connect to the last
connected phone. After connecting to a phone. The p700 will check the contacts to
find people who are set as emergency contacts.
And then send emergency message in a format of "SOS: predefined text address: xxxx,
GPS: 0000" to the people who are set as "Used for Emergency".
