3. Use a screwdriver to press and lock in the wide end of a clip first.
Then without lifting the screwdriver, point it downward to press
and lock the narrow end of the clip. See Figures 2-8 and 2-9 for
the illustration of this step.

4. Repeat step 3 to lock the other clip.
