Under looper adjustment
1. Turn the machine pulley to move the under looper to the far left position.

2. Loosen the bolt and adjust the distance between the under looper
3. Raise the needle from its lowest position until the tip of the under looper
screw A to adjust so that the tip of the under looper

Movable needle guard adjustment
1. Raise the needle from the down position, and align the under looper

2. Loosen the screw and move the movable needle guard

looper to 0 – 0.05 mm.

Needle guard F adjustment
Raise the needle from its lowest position until the tip of the under looper

the screw and adjust the gap between needle guard F
or 0.2 – 0.3 mm (for thick thread of #30 or more).
