Remedy
Adjust the upper thread
tension.
Install the needle correct-
ly.

the needle.

File smooth or replace
the affected part.
Use a thread cooling
device (optional).
Adjust the lower thread
tension.
File smooth or replace
the affected part.
Adjust the needle clear-
ance
