This mostly likely indicates a CompactFlash failure, but it could be caused by a problem with the FPGA or
another controller component. The controller will be killed by the partner controller, who will use its own

Recommended actions
• Look for other events, close in time, that indicate problems with the CompactFlash card.
• If this event is logged more than once, replace the CompactFlash card.
