2 Insert six AA/LR6 batteries into the battery compartment following the indications (+,-) inside the compartment.
3 Return the battery cover to its position and tighten the LOCK screw to fix it back in place.
Make sure the hooks on the battery cover are locked in place. Turn the LOCK screw in the direction shown by the arrow, and make sure it is firmly tight.
