Solution
In Windows, open Explorer and select File >
Properties > Tools. Under Error-checking, click
Check Now.
Remove diskette and reinsert.
Reload files on new diskette.
Reconnect power cable. Be sure that all four pins
are connected.
Reseat diskette drive data and power cables.
Reseat the drive.
Format the diskette.
Use another diskette or remove the write
protection.
Check the drive letter in the path statement.
Use another diskette.
Use Computer Setup to check the storage security
feature disabled settings.
Replace the damaged disk.
