Basic functions

Use this application to take photos or videos.
Use Gallery to view photos and videos taken with the device. (p. 67)
Tap Camera on the Applications screen.
The device automatically shuts off when unused.
Camera etiquette
• D o not take photos or videos of other people without their permission.
• D o not take photos or videos where legally prohibited.
• D o not take photos or videos in places where you may violate other people's privacy.
Taking photos
Half-press the Shutter button to focus on the subject. When the subject is in focus, the focus
frame turns green. Press the Shutter button to take the photo.
Or, tap the image on the preview screen where the camera should focus. When the subject is
in focus, the focus frame turns green. Tap
Change the camera
settings.
Return to the
Home screen.
Open Gallery to view
photos and videos.
to take the photo.
