4. Position the replacement memory module over the memory slot. Make sure the notch
module aligns correctly with the slot key
down into the slot until the retaining clips close.

Replacing the power supply

This section provides instructions on how to replace the power supply.
Attention
Never remove the cover on a power supply or any part that has the following label attached.
Hazardous voltage, current, and energy levels are present inside any component that has this label attached.
There are no serviceable parts inside these components.
To replace the power supply:
1. Remove the computer cover. See "Removing the computer cover" on page 69.
2. Disconnect the power supply cables from the system board and from all drives. See "Locating parts on
the system board" on page 72.
3. Lay the computer on its side and remove the four screws at the rear of the chassis that secure the
power supply.
