Using the Auto Answering

● It is convenient if you use the auto answering when you go out.

Activating the auto answering
(in the standby state)
● Press button.
● When the auto answering function is
activated, ANSWER button lights on and the
auto answering greeting message is
transmitted.
● To stop it, press
button again.
You can record the auto answer greeting
message with your own voice. (See Page 22.)
Hearing the messages left by
the callers
(in the standby state)

Standby State
● If there are unheard messages, the number of the messages is
displayed on the screen and OUT light blinks. (But, OUT light
blinks only when the OUT is set.)
This function is available for checking the message.

● Press the button in the standby state.
● Even if you perform Delete ALL, unheard messages are not deleted.
● If the total recording time is over, messages are not recorded on the auto answering machine and 'Please call
later. Thank you.' is announced. In this case, check all the unheard messages and then delete them.
