Making your First Recording

1. Connect a power source to the
Camcorder. (see page 20)
(A Battery pack or a AC Power adapter)
Insert a cassette. (see page 36)
2. Remove the Lens cover.
3. Set the Power switch to CAMERA.
Open the LCD screen.

Set the Mode switch to TAPE.

(VP-D453(i)/D454(i)/D455(i) only)
Make sure that STBY is displayed.
I If the write protection tab of the
cassette is open (set to save), STOP
and Protection ! will be displayed.
Release the write protection tab
to record.
I Make sure the image you want to
record appears on the LCD screen or Viewfinder.
I Make sure the battery level indicates that
there is enough remaining power for your expected recording time.
4. To start recording, press the Start/Stop button.
REC G is displayed on the LCD screen.

To stop recording, press the Start/Stop button again.
STBY is displayed on the LCD screen.

[ Note ]
Detach the Battery pack when you are finished recording to prevent
unnecessary battery power consumption.

Falls der Schreibschutz der Kassette aktiviert ist, werden die Meldungen

STOP <STOPP> und Protection! <Löschschutz!> eingeblendet. Zum
Aufnehmen muss der Schreibschutz deaktiviert sein.
Stellen Sie sicher, dass Ihr Aufnahmemotiv auf dem LCD-Monitor oder im
I
Sucher angezeigt wird.
Überprüfen Sie anhand der Ladezustandsanzeige, ob der Akku für Ihre
I
Aufnahme ausreichend geladen ist.
4. Drücken Sie die Start/Stopp-Taste, um mit der Aufnahme zu beginnen.
Auf dem LCD-Monitor wird REC <AUFNAHME>
I
Drücken Sie die Start/Stopp-Taste erneut, um die Aufnahme zu beenden.
Auf dem LCD-Monitor wird STBY <Stby> angezeigt.

[ Hinweis ]
Entfernen Sie nach Beendigung der Aufnahme den Akku, damit er nicht unnötig
entladen wird.
DEUTSCH
1. Schließen Sie den Camcorder an die
Stromversorgung an. (Siehe Seite 20.)
(Akku oder Netzteil)
Legen Sie eine Kassette ein.
(Siehe Seite 36.)
2. Nehmen Sie den Objektivschutz ab.
3. Stellen Sie den Power-Schalter auf
CAMERA.
Klappen Sie den LCD-Monitor auf.

Stellen Sie den Funktionsschalter
