Backing Up the CX260 Last Image Configuration

The Spire CX260 includes two backup configurations:
Last Image (system backup)—only partition C is backed up
Factory Default—partitions C and D are backed up (this is performed in the
factory)
Attention: To ensure a successful backup, there must be at least 1 GB of disk
space available on partition C.
After installing a new version of the Spire CX260 software, you must perform a back
up. It is important that you have a backup of the current software version.
To back up the Last Image configuration:
1.
Do one of the following depending on your configuration type:
For the Basic configuration, turn on your Windows-based computer,
Macintosh computer, or portable workstation and then connect to the Spire
CX260 via the Remote Desktop Connection.
For the Control Station and Pro Control Station configurations, turn on the
Spire CX260.
2. After the Spire CX260 software opens, exit the software and wait for the Spire
icon to disappear from the desktop taskbar.
