Conv roast

How conv roast works
Convection (conv) roast combines a cook cycle with
the convection fan and element to rapidly roast
meats and poultry. Heated air circulates around the
meat from all sides, sealing in juices and flavors.
Meats cooked with this feature are crispy and
brown on the outside while staying moist inside.
There is no need to reduce the oven temperature
when using conv roast.
Conv roast may be set with the following
options:
• Cook time
• Cook time with end time
The following oven temperature settings apply for
conv roast:
• Factory default temperature: 350°F/176°C
• Min. conv roast setting: 170°F / 76°C
• Max. conv roast setting: 550°F / 288°C
Benefits of conv roast:
• Superior multiple oven rack performance.
