The FCIP, IVR, and SAN extension
tuner features are bundled with the
Cisco MDS 9216i switch and do not
require the SAN extension over IP
package to be installed for the fixed
IP ports on the integrated supervisor
module. You must install a SAN
extension over IP package if you
install an MPS-14/2, IPS-8, or IPS-4
module in the Cisco MDS9216i
switch.
