Why is the recovery from the disaster
recovery disks taking so long?
This could be due to a number of factors. If the client is being restored across the
network, then a large file set or a busy/slow network will increase the time to recover
that information.
After recovery I seem to have created a
new account. How do I get my old one
back?
Firstly delete the newly created account from the appliance. Then, when creating an
account, select your old computer and account name. Look under restore existing
account in the help guide.
