Available languages

• TV+AMP: The sound is output from TV's
speaker and the speakers connected to the
receiver.
Notes
• The sound quality of the playback equipment
depends on the TV's sound quality, such as the
number of channels, and the sampling
frequency, etc. If the TV has stereo speakers, the
sound output from the receiver is also in stereo as
that of the TV, even if you play back multi
channel source.
• When you connect the receiver to a video
equipment (projector, etc.), sound may not be
output from the receiver. In this case, select
"AMP".
x Zone2 / OutB
Lets you set the output zone for the HDMI
OUT B (ZONE 2) jack.
• Zone2: The selected input is output in zone
2. You can select another input for the
HDMI OUT A jack in the main zone.
• OutB: The selected input is output from
both HDMI OUT B (ZONE 2) jack and
HDMI OUT A jack in the main zone.
Notes
• If you set to "Zone2" and select the same input for
both main zone and zone 2, there may be some
interference on the audio and video signals in the
main zone. In this case, set "Priority" to "Main
Only".
• When HDMI "Zone2 / OutB" setting menu is
"Zone2", Control for HDMI will be disabled and
Control for HDMI setting menu will be dark out.
To use "Ctrl for HDMI", you need to change
"Zone2 / OutB" setting to "OutB".
x Priority
Lets you set the priority when you select the
same input for both main zone and zone 2.
• Main & Zone2: You can enjoy the same
input in the main zone and zone 2. However,
there may be some interference on the audio
and video signals in the main zone.
• Main Only: You can enjoy good audio and
video quality in the main zone. There is no
output in zone 2.
Note
This function is not available when "Zone2 / OutB"
is set to "OutB".

x Fast View
Lets you set the operation of Fast View.
• Auto: You can select HDMI input faster
than the normal selection.
• Off: Fast View and preview for HDMI
functions are not available.

This function is not available when "Zone2 / OutB"
is set to "Zone2".

Network Settings

You can adjust the settings for the network.
The Network Settings menu is available only
when the Home Network or SEN function is
selected.

Lets you make the network settings. For
details, see "Configuring the network settings
of the receiver" (page 48).

x Information
Lets you check the network information for
the network.

The current setting information appears on
the TV screen.
You can check the settings* for
"Connection", "SSID", "Security Setup",
"IP Settings", "IP Address", "Subnet
Mask", "Default Gateway", "DNS
Settings", "Primary DNS", "Secondary
DNS", "Proxy Settings", "Proxy Address",
"Port Number" and "MAC Address".
* The setting items during setup differ depending
on the network environment and connection
type.
