CRAFTSMAN TEN YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY
FOR TEN YEARS from the date of purchase, this product is warranted against defects in material and workmanship
when product is installed, operated and maintained according to all supplied instructions. With proof of purchase, a
defective part will be replaced free of charge.

This warranty does not cover surface paint loss, discoloration or superficial fractures, which are conditions that can be
the result of normal use, accident or improper maintenance.
This warranty does not apply to a product that is damaged or altered through misuse, abuse, accident, neglect,
modification, mishandling or acts of nature.
This warranty is void if this product is ever used while providing commercial services or if rented to another person.
Disclaimer of implied warranties; limitation of remedies
Customer's sole and exclusive remedy under this limited warranty shall be part replacement as provided herein. Implied
warranties, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, are limited to ten years or the
shortest period allowed by law. Sears shall not be liable for incidental or consequential damages. Some states and
provinces do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, or limitation on the duration of
implied warranties of merchantability or fitness, so these exclusions or limitations may not apply to you.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
