Connecting To The Power Supply
Begin byplugginginthe power cordintoastandard household outlet.Thedisplay will
flashindicating thetime isready to beset.
Inserting The Battery
1.Open t hebattery compartment attheback oftheunitbypressing onthecatch and
removing thecover.
2.Insert 2 xAAA battery (preferably alkaline b atteries) intothebattery compartment,
following thepolarity asshown onthediagram inside thecompartment.
3.Replace thebattery c ompartment cover.

Setting The Clock
• Press andholdtheTIMEbuttondownto activatetime setting.

Setting The Alarm
• Press andholdtheALARM1/2 buttondownto activate alarmsetting.
• WhileholdingdowntheALARM1/2 button,press the HOUR buttonto advance to

• WhileholdingdowntheALARM1/2 button,press the MIN buttonto advance to
the correct minute.

Using The Alarm Function
• Pressthe ALARM 1/2 button to activate the alarm and the alarm indicator will
lightupthedisplay.
• SlidetheAL.VOLHI/LOswitchto adjustthe alarmvolumefrom highto low.
• Press t heALARM 1/2 buttonagain to deactive t healarmandthealarmindicator
will nolongerbevisible.
