WARNING
Engine coolant is harmful or fatal if
swallowed or inhaled.
Do not drink anti-freeze or coolant
solution. If swallowed, do not induce
vomiting. Immediately contact a poi-
son control center or a physician.
Avoid inhaling mist or hot vapors ; if
inhaled, remove to fresh air.
If coolant gets in eyes, flush eyes with
water and seek medical attention.
Wash thoroughly after handling.
Solution can be poisonous to ani-
mals. Keep out of the reach of chil-
dren and aminals.
N O T E
Adding only water will dilute the engine
coolant and reduce its effectiveness.
Add 50 : 50 mixture of engine coolant
and water.
◉ ◉ CHANGING THE COOLANT
Change the coolant every two years.
N O T E
About 1.6 ℓ ℓ
of coolant will be required
when filling the radiator and reservoir
tank.
◉ ◉ OPEN THE RADIATOR CAP
Remove the right front side cover ①
operate the radiator cap ③ .
To disassemble the right front side cover
① , remove the two mounting bolts ② .
WARNING
You can be injured by scalding fluid
or steam if you open the radiator cap
when the engine is hot.
After the engine cools, wrap a thick
cloth around cap and carefully
remove the cap by turning it a quarter
to allow pressure to escape and then
turn the cap all the way off.
