User Guidelines
The minimum interval cannot be larger than 75% of the maximum interval.
Example
The following example sets the transmission interval between router advertisements at 1000
seconds.
console(config)#interface vlan 15
console(config-if-vlan15)#ipv6 nd ra-interval 1000
ipv6 nd ra-lifetime
Use the ipv6 nd ra-lifetime command in Interface Configuration mode to set the value that is
placed in the Router Lifetime field of the router advertisements sent from the interface.
Syntax

ipv6 nd ra-lifetime
no ipv6 nd ra-lifetime
seconds — Lifetime duration. The value must be zero, or it must be an integer between the

value of the router advertisement transmission interval and 9000 seconds. A value of zero
means this router is not to be used as the default router. (Range: 0-9000)
