This page provides the list of components that are shipped with your speakerphone. If any component is missing, contact Dell. For more information, see Contacting Dell.
NOTE: Some items may be optional and may not ship with your speakerphone. Some features may not be available in certain countries.

There are three connections available for usage:
Avoid using multiple connections to the same computer/host, as it may confuse when using multiple connections.
Turning on/off the speakerphone
Press and hold the power button for two seconds to turn on/off the speakerphone. You will hear power on/off voice prompt.

Bluetooth connection
Press and hold the Bluetooth button for three seconds to start the pairing mode and you hear a Bluetooth pairing voice prompt with white LED blinks.

Dell Pair supports the following:
Download and installation
Dell Pair is preinstalled on certain Dell computers. For more information about the list of Dell Pair compatible devices, see dell.com/support/kbdoc/000201693.
If the laptop model number is supported and Dell Pair is not available, then you can manually download and install the application.
Steps to pair through Dell Pair
Place your wireless speakerphone next to the computer, and press the Bluetooth pair button to activate the Dell pair application. Dell Pair notifies when a supported device is turned on. Click Pair to begin a Bluetooth pairing with the device.

Wireless Audio Receiver connection
Connect the USB Type-C wireless audio receiver to a USB-A adapter and connect the adapter to the computer or connect the wireless audio receiver directly to the computer.
Battery Status
The user can hear battery high/medium/low voice prompt when turning on the speakerphone. Battery high voice prompt will be indicated when battery level at 70%~100%, battery medium voice prompt will be indicated when battery level at 69%~10%, battery low voice prompt will be indicated when battery level under 10% and right before power off.

NOTE: During usage, when battery level become low at 10%, 3% and 2%, device will play voice prompt "Battery Low".
NOTE: Short press power button at any time to get the battery level voice prompt and LED indication.

NOTE: The Talk/Music time is based on a specific audio file of an un-muted state.
SL525 is a speakerphone which can be used for communication once it is connected to a computer equipment(USB cable or Bluetooth), Tablet/Phone(Bluetooth).

European Union (EU) has a common charger requirement for wireless products that have an embedded rechargeable battery. For more information about the EU charging power requirements, see Charging power requirement.
For speakerphone charging, connect the USB Type-C cable to your speakerphone's USB-C port, and then attach the other end to a power source of your choice.

NOTE: For best results, ensure that the battery is fully charged before first-time use.
What is Dell Display and Peripheral Manager?
Dell Display and Peripheral Manager is an app that helps you set up and configure your Dell monitors and peripherals. With this app you can make changes to settings of the device and provide additional customization like Audio Mode, Microphone, Audio Output, and more.
Installing Dell Dispaly and Peripheral Manager
When you connect the device to your computer for the first time, you will be prompted to download and install the app. Alternatively, you can manually install the software from Drivers & Downloads tab on dell.com/support/SL525/downloads.

NOTE: If Dell Display and Peripheral Manager does not appear within a few minutes, you can check for updates manually via Windows Update or download the Dell Peripheral Manager application from dell.com/support/ddpm.
