Disassembly and Reassembly advice

FC9331/09 /19

• To open the appliance, first remove the bucket assy by pushing the dislock-button and lifting the bucket straight upwards, and remove the Exhaust grille (16) and Filter (17).
• Remove the buttons L and R (15):
  Place a screwdriver on the inside and move upwards.
  
• Then lift the button and move it towards the front side of the appliance.
  
• To disassemble the Upper housing:
  Remove the 4 Screws (A) in the dustchamber/housing.
  
• Now the Midframe (13) housing can be removed.
  Lift with a screw driver to unlock the 2 click knocks and remove the housing upwards.
  
• Before disassembling the Midframe:
  The unlock button (2 parts) and Spring (12+12a) need to be removed (with a small screw driver).
• Then remove the Light Guide Cover, using a screwdriver to unclick.
  
• To remove the Top cover (18):
  Remove the 4 screws (B) (two are placed under the Buttons and the other two are placed under the Midframe)
  
• Lift up the Top cover on 2 places at the back side.
  
• To reach all screws of the motor housing, the Cordwinder assy (20) has to be removed first.
  Remove screw (C) and the cord outlet, now the Cordwinder assy can be removed upwards (see exploded view).
• To remove the motor housing:
  Remove the 4 screws (D) (see exploded view).
• When disassembling the motor housing, first remove the Valve assy (24).
  The Valve assy is positioned on the left front side of the motor housing (seen from the rear).
• To disassemble the motor housing
  Remove the 3 screws (E) and unclick the 4 click knocks.
  
• The PCB (26) can be removed (2 screws) and then be replaced.
• For re-assembling the motor assy:
  First place the plastic + 2 rubber parts into the motor housing.
  
• Then place the Motor back in the housing and lead the wires through the recess.
• To replace the Top cover:
  Make sure that the small nock is placed correctly in the space near the Rear wheel.
  

Tools necessary for Dis- and reassembly:
Long screwdriver
Pozidriv screwdriver
Screwdriver for lifting the plastic parts.
