Follow the steps to use your product

1. Connect the AC power cord to the AC/DC adapter.
2. Plug the AC power adapter into a 100V~240V power source.
3. Connect the DC power connector into the power (DC) input port of your SimPro Dock 2.
4. Connect the USB Type-C/Thunderbolt 3 cable to your Notebook PC. (Supported output: 5V/3A, 9V/3A, 15V/3A, 20V/4.8A)
5. Go to https://www.asus.com/Laptops/Accessories/All-series/ASUSSimPro-Dock-2/HelpDesk_BIOS/ to download and install the latest SimPro Dock 2 Tool and firmware on your Notebook PC before using your SimPro Dock 2 for the first time.
