When Using a USB Connection

Use a USB cable to connect the printer to your computer.

Check that the printer is turned on, and then restart the computer.

Open Print Center, which can be accessed by clicking Startup Disk, then
Applications, then Utilities.

In the Printer List, click Add.

Select USB from the pop-up menu.

Select bizhub 40P in the Product list.

Select KONICA MINOLTA from the Printer Model pop-up menu.

If bizhub 40P does not appear, check that the printer is turned on
and the USB cable is connected, and then restart the computer.
