To add a new user account to Cisco Media Processor, perform the following steps:
1.
Log in through Remote Desktop.
2.
Open Computer Management.
3.
In the console tree, click Users (choose System Tools, then Local Users
and Groups, then Users).
4.
On the Action menu, click New User.
5.
Type the appropriate information in the dialog box.
6.
Select or clear the check boxes for:

User must change password at next logon

User cannot change password

Password never expires

Account is disabled
7.
Click Create, then click Close.
8.
Click Open Groups in the console tree and add the new user to either the
Encoder User group or the Encoder Administrator group.
