Anschluss des Subwoofers
Ist an Ihrem Verstärker bzw. AV-Receiver kein spezieller Subwoofer Ausgang
vorhanden, nutzen Sie bitte wie in Abb. 2 gezeigt die direkte Verbindung zu
den mit „High Level Input" gekennzeichneten Schraubklemmen über die
Lautsprecheranschlüsse Ihres Verstärkers oder AV-Receivers. Bitte beachten Sie
die richtige Polung, rot für plus (+) und schwarz für minus (-). Verwenden Sie
für diese Verbindung handelsübliches Lautsprecherkabel.
Ist Ihr Canton Subwoofer mit zusätzlichen „Low Level Output" Buchsen
ausgestattet und verfügt Ihr Steuergerät über „Pre-Out" und „Main-In"
Buchsen so kann die Verbindung zwischen den beiden Geräten wie in Abb. 3
gezeigt vorgenommen werden. Verbinden Sie die „Pre-Out" Buchsen Ihres
Verstärkers mit den „Line-In" Buchsen des Subwoofers und die „Main-In"
Buchsen des Verstärkers mit den „Line-Out" Buchsen des Subwoofers. Nutzen
Sie dazu jeweils ein handelsübliches Stereo-Cinchkabel. Im Kapitel
„Anschlußmöglichkeiten" auf Seite 14 finden Sie hierzu weitere Informationen.
Bitte achten Sie bei den Anschlussmöglichkeiten Abb. 2 und Abb. 3, dass die
Seiten links und rechts nicht vertauscht werden.

Connecting the subwoofer
If your amplifier or AV-receiver is not fitted with a special subwoofer
output, please use the direct connection to the screw terminals marked
"High Level Input" as shown in fig. 2 via the loudspeaker connections of
your amplifier or AV-receiver. Please note the correct polarity, red for plus
(+) and black for minus (-). Use standard loudspeaker cables for this
connection.
If your Canton subwoofer has an additional "Low Level Output" socket
and your control unit has "Pre-Out" and "Main-In" sockets, the two
devices can be connected as shown in fig. 3. Connect the "Pre-Out"
socket of your amplifier to the "Line-In" socket on the subwoofer and
the "Main-In" socket on the amplifier to the "Line-Out" socket on the
subwoofer. Always use a standard stereo cinch cable. Further information
on this can be found in chapter 14 "Getting connected".
Please be careful that when connecting your equipment as in fig. 2 and
fig. 3, that the left and right sides are not accidentally reversed.
