11-Wire Whip
The 11-wire whip is ideal for
achieving superior results when
whipping smaller quantities of egg
whites and cream. The design of the
11-wire whip produces larger
volumes of egg whites in significantly
less time than it would take the
standard wire whip. The 11-wire
whip also can whip cream faster.
NOTE: The 11-Wire Whip is standard
equipment with select models but
can be purchased as an optional

Wide-Chute Pouring Shield
