Cause
An incorrect type has been selected
for the external monitor or an
incorrect screen resolution has been
set for the application programme.

The cursor does not correctly follow the pen movements

Pen incorrectly calibrated.

Fault elimination
► Terminate the application program in Windows by
pressing Alt + F4 .
► If the fault continues to occur after ending the
programme, switch to the notebook's internal LCD
screen with Fn + F10 and make the following
settings:
► Adjust the screen resolution as described in the
Help facility for your operating system.
► Select the correct monitor as described in the Help
facility for your operating system.

Windows XP
► Calibrate the pen as shown under Tablet and Pen
Settings in the Control Panel, see "Setting the pen"
and "Calibrating the pen".
Windows Vista
► Calibrate the pen as shown under Tablet PC Settings
in the Control Panel, see "Setting the pen" and
"Calibrating the pen".
Windows 7
► Calibrate the pen as shown under Hardware and
Sound / Tablet PC Settings in the Control Panel, see
"Setting the pen" and "Calibrating the pen".
Fault elimination
► If your device is one which can only be operated
using the pen, install the driver for the standard
model.

► If your device is one which can be operated using
pen or finger, install the driver for the "Dual Digitizer"
model.
