Rename the "Selective Ack Off" check box as "Selective Ack" in the
FCIP Circuit Advanced Settings dialog box and when the option is
checked, Selective Ack should be set "On" in the circuit and vice versa.
Status of the Selective Ack should be displayed as Off/On instead of
0/1 in the Circuit Tab of the FCIP Tunnels dialog box.
