Changing Sewing Directions (fig. A)
1. Stop the machine at the point where you wish to change directions
with the needle still in the fabric .
2. Raise the presser foot and turn the fabric to line up its new direcH
tion using the needle as a turning point.
3. lower the presser foot and start sewing in the new direction .
Finishing Sewing (fig. B)
1. Stitch to the end of the seam and stop .
2.
Press down the reverse sewing lever; then lightly step on the foot
controller to stitch backward over the stitch for 1 em (3/8

3. Abaisser le pied-de-biche et commencer

Pour terminer Ia couture (fig. B)
1. Piquer jusqu'au bout de Ia couture puis arreter Ia machine.
2. Abaisser le levier de couture en marche arri6re et appuyer

De naairichting veranderen (fig. A)
L Stop de machine op het punt waar u van naairichting wilt veranderen .
Zorg, dat de naald in de stof staat.
2. Zet de persvoethefboom omhoog en draai de stof om de naald in de
richting waarin u verder wilt naaien .
3. Laat de persvoet weer zakken zodat u in de nieuwe richting kunt door-
gaan .
Naaien beCindigen (fig. B)
1. Naai helemaal tot aan het einde van de naad en stop de machine .
2. Druk de achteruitnaaiknop zo ver mogelijk in en druk voorzichtig bet
voetpedaal een stukje in. Naai ongeveer 1 em achteruit
