Service Notification
Set feed dog on «Sewing»
Deleting or overwriting data , e.g.
Drawers.
Change the needle to the highest
position.
Remove embroidery hoop.
Attach embroidery hoop.
Attach Embroidery foot No. 26.
Thread bobbin case
Design is not completely inside the hoop.

The sewing computer must be taken for a
service to a BERNINA dealer.
The notification will appear after approx.
2,000,000 stitches. If the service was done by
the BERNINA dealer, the stitch counter will be
on «0» again and the display does not
appear anymore. The display can be cleared
temporarily by touching «ESC», but will
appear again when restarting the sewing
computer. After clearing with «ESC» for the
third time, the notification will appear again
at approx. 4,000,000 stitches.
Press the button «Drop feed dog». The
message disappears automatically if the feed
dog position was changed.
Confirm with «OK» or cancel with «ESC».
Turn the hand wheel and put the needle in
the highest position.
Remove embroidery hoop from embroidery
module.
Attach embroidery hoop to embroidery
module.
Attach Embroidery foot No. 26 to the
embroidery computer.
For embroidery thread the lower thread in the
finger of the bobbin case
Position the design inside the hoop.
