To select private mode
At the computer, click Start, All Programs, HP Media Vault, and

then Control Center.
On the Tools tab, click Customize HP Media Vault.

You are prompted for an administrator name and password if you set one
up. For additional information, see
On the Shared Folders tab, locate the folder you want to change.

Click Edit.

Click Private mode.

Select permissions for each user.

As administrator, you must create user names for each user. You must also
assign one of the following three privilege levels for every user, for every
shared folder on the server:
Full access
Read-only access
No access
Note: If users are not created, you can assign their folder privileges as
you create each user.
