- Page 5 LIGHTING ARCH - VER 7 - INTERIOR DÉCOR W/ NO OUTSIDE GONDOLA Step 1 Layout a set of Chalk Lines per the dimensions shown below. Set (2) Lower Side Weldments to the insides of the Chalk Lines. Drill (6 per Side) 1/2" dia. x 4-1/2" deep holes into floor for anchor bolts using the holes in the Base Plate of the Lower Side Weldments as a guide.
- Page 6 LIGHTING ARCH - VER 7 - INTERIOR DÉCOR W/ NO OUTSIDE GONDOLA Step 2 To build the roof structure, lay each Roof Assembly on its side as shown below. NOTE: the Powered Tracks have Power Directional Stickers, be sure all tracks are in the same direction.

NOTE: the Powered Tracks have Power Directional Stickers, be sure all tracks are in the same direction. Slide the Trusses of the Left and Right Roof Assemblies into both ends of Middle Roof Assembly.
- Page 8 LIGHTING ARCH - VER 7 - INTERIOR DÉCOR W/ NO OUTSIDE GONDOLA Step 4 Lay the Upper Side Assemblies on their side as shown below with the Versa Panels facing toward the middle of the Arch. Feed the Versa Panel power cord thru the opening in the Roof Assembly Base Plate. Connect using (6) 1/2-13 x 1-1/2"...
- Page 9 LIGHTING ARCH - VER 7 - INTERIOR DÉCOR W/ NO OUTSIDE GONDOLA Step 5 Check to make sure all Roof hardware is properly tightened. Carefully lift the Roof Assembly up so it is sitting vertically. Using a fork lift, raise the Roof Assembly up over the (2) Lower Side Weldments, align the openings in the bottom of the Roof Assembly with the Channels and lower down onto the Lower Sides.
- Page 10 LIGHTING ARCH - VER 7 - INTERIOR DÉCOR W/ NO OUTSIDE GONDOLA Step 6 Secure each side of the Roof Assembly to the Lower Sides using (6) 1/2-13 x 1-1/2" Bolts, (6) 1/2-13 Nuts, (4) 3/8-16 x 1" Bolts and (4) 3/8" x 1" Washers. - Page 11 LIGHTING ARCH - VER 7 - INTERIOR DÉCOR W/ NO OUTSIDE GONDOLA Step 7 On each side, feed the Versa Panel power cord thru the opening in the top of the wall and hang the Versa Panel Outer Assembly on the crossbeams of the Side Panel Assembly and center side to side.

Step 9 Lift and drop the Lower Side Panels into the Lower Side Weldment. Hang the Bases and Shelves in the Lower Side Weldment per the POG. Page 12 of 13 A30405-IS-022 Rev.: 5/7/2015...
- Page 13 LIGHTING ARCH - VER 7 - INTERIOR DÉCOR W/ NO OUTSIDE GONDOLA Step 10 Remove the Powered Track Cover and cut where needed leaving approximately 1-9/16" opening for the wires and Top Cap. Re-install the Covers and install (1) Single Feed Top Cap over the opening using (2) Screws included in the Cap Kit.
