Intended Use This Attenti Electronic Monitoring device is part of an electronic monitoring system, which performs data transfer using cellular network to a monitoring platform. - Page 4 Do not force the power plug into an outlet where it does not fit. Use only an Attenti provided AC/DC power adapter to recharge or power the device. Use only a Safety certified LPS AC/DC plug-in adapter with output rating 5 VDC, 2A.

The Tracker 100 stores and processes the location data and communicates with the monitoring center to report the whereabouts of the offender or alert in the event of a violation.
