Join a scheduled meeting

When a meeting is about to start, you'll be
prompted to join it. Tap Join.
Joining a meeting
Your video device may be
connected to a management
system capable of scheduling
video meetings. Any meetings
scheduled will then appear as
shown at left. When a scheduled
meeting appears on the device
screen, the device wakes up from
stand-by.
Tap Join to participate in the
meeting.
The meeting appears 5 minutes
before its starting time. You can
join the meeting at any time, even
if the meeting has already started.
