     Chaque appareil doit avoir une adresse DMX bien précise pour qu’il puisse être contrôlé par le contrôleur DMX.      Wenn Sie einen Controller mit einem 5-poligen XLR-DMX-Ausgang verwenden, müssen Sie sich einen 5-poligen XLR/3-poligen Adapter besorgen.  Beim letzten Gerät in der DMX-Kette ist es ratsam, einen "DMX-Stopper" zu verwenden. (Ein 120 Ohm 1/4W Widerstand zwischen Pin 2(DMX-) und Pin 3(DMX+), der in einen DMX-Stecker gesteckt wird).

     Si utilizas un controlador con una salida DMX XLR de 5 pines, tendrás que comprar un adaptador XLR de 5 pines/3 pines.  En el último dispositivo de la cadena DMX, se recomienda utilizar un "enchufe DMX". (una resistencia de 120 Ohm 1/4W entre el pin 2 (DMX-) y el pin 3 (DMX+) colocada en un conector DMX macho).
