Key components of the Edit Pad

Use the optional Edit Pad to select points or areas
on a document where you want to apply the
features available with the Edit Pad.
The key components of the Edit Pad are identified
in the illustration and list below:
1. A clear plastic overlay is used to protect your
original document
2. An Edit Pen is used to select areas of your
original
3. A work surface is used to position your origi-
nals
4. An Edit Pad Control Panel and Color Palette
allow you to select features
5. The copier/printer Control Panel allows you to
select features
NOTE: The copier/printer Touch Screen provides
options, instructions, and System Administration
tools to help you use the Edit Pad effectively.
