9 The generator has been shipped without
engine oil. Fill with oil or it will not start.

9 Before starting the engine, do not connect any
electric devices.
9 Turn the economy control switch (Black) to the
"3" (OFF) position.

1. While holding the fuel tank cap so that it will not
move, turn the air vent knob 1 turn counterclock-
wise to open the fuel tank air vent.
