...6 Final checks
6 .3 Test tables
Using the values in Table 10, complete the relevant Test Table by
entering the values in the 'mV input' and the expected 'Display
Reading %' columns.
For GAH200, ensure that power is supplied to both TB1 and
TB2.
Also ensure that the mv input is wired correctly to the safety
barrier input terminals. Guidance is provided below each Test
Table.
Move through the table from top to bottom, setting the range
selector switch and mV input accordingly. For AK101, only
connect the mV input wires to the relevant safety barrier inputs
for each range in turn.
For each row in the Test Table, confirm that the status of the
Display, On Screen Alarms, 4 -20 mA output and Relay status are
all as expected.
If all values in the table are as expected, the display panel has
passed the functional test and it is highly likely that the
upgrade procedure has been completed successfully. If there
are any failures, first check that the CM30 displays have been
inserted in the correct order. Also check for errors in the wiring,
using the wiring diagrams provided in Section "5.9 Rewiring"
on page 17.
