Procedure
1 AK101 only:
c Locate the lower barrier loom (brown, grey and black). The
end with the extra brown link connects to the CM30.
d Make connections 1, 3, 4 and 5 starting from 1 (gray) on
the lower CM30.
e Make the black and gray connections into terminals 1 and
2 of barrier 2 and the brown connection to terminal 1 of
barrier 3.
2 AK102 only:
a Locate the lower barrier loom (brown and gray). The end
with extra links connects to the CM30.
b Make connections 1, 3, 4 and 5 starting from 1 (grey) on
the lower CM30.
c Make the brown and grey connections into terminals 1 and
2 of barrier 2.

3 Locate the upper barrier loom (red and blue). The end with
extra links connects to the CM30.
4 Make connections 1, 3, 4 and 5 starting from 1 (red) on the
upper CM30.
5 Make the blue and red connections into terminals 1 and 2 of
barrier 1. Figure 61 shows AK102.

6 Install the plastic rear covers on both CM30s, ensuring that
no wires are pinched or caught when doing so. Take
particular care around the corners.
